Lines on the Earth and Time:

Lisa is a Melbourne based photographer.

After completing photographic studies at Wellington Polytechnic, she headed to Australia with only her camera, two hundred dollars and a dream. True story!

Also true, she didn’t end up living the dream, she ended up in an office, doing office stuff. The rent must be paid.

In 2013 she had a ‘now or never’ moment. She packed up her office life and picked up her camera.

In 2014, she created the In Bed Project, to provide a resource that profiled people in the Australian Community in support of marriage equality.

In 2016, the In Bed Project website was archived in the National Library of Australia’s Pandora Archive  “A digital archive dedicated to the preservation of and long term access to Australian online electronic publications of national significance.

In 2017, Australia legalised same-sex marriage. At the same time, her commercial practise The Social Photographer spiked.

Lisa has exhibited nationally and her work is held in both private and public collections.
